📦 Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories

• Certain electronic accessories (for hygiene or safety reasons)

🔄 Replacement Policy

• Replacement is applicable only for defective or damaged products received at delivery.

• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

• Replacement will be processed after verification.

💰 Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

• Products must be properly packed to avoid damage during return transit.

• Silex India reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
